Andrew Evans presented himself to police after seeing the face of a murder victim in a dream and was convicted of murder after making a signed statement. This was the primary evidence. Investogators in the case also used a “truth drug” on Evans, which has since been discredited. The conviction was found to be unsafe and unreliable.
